COO
Lesley is FISCAL’s Co-Founder, Chief Operations Officer & CISO who underpins the operational integrity of the business from its people to infrastructure.
She is a highly experienced executive operating at board level, and ensures the effective execution of FISCAL’s strategic and operational objectives. She provides hands-on direction to ensure the company’s operations directly support business growth, and that its infrastructure can scale efficiently and securely.
At the heart of her role she spearheads the organisation’s award-winning People and Culture by delivering strategic direction and support.
Frances is a commercially-driven and proactive chartered accountant with 20 years post-qualified experience in the technology sector within the UK and US including three years in Silicon Valley. She has a strong track record of enabling top-line growth, closely managing working capital and realising stakeholder value.
Frances is skilled in collaborating with the leadership team to achieve the business strategy and is a highly effective communicator at all levels in the organisation.

Alan was previously at Sage whom he joined in 2014 initially as the Executive Vice President for Partners and Alliances, responsible for Sage’s indirect business worldwide and subsequently Managing Director: UK and Ireland – Northern Europe.
Alan has more than 30 years’ experience working in the technology industry in Digital Equipment Corporation, Oracle and Avaya. Alan also held the positions of CEO and CMS supplier Mediasurface, and GM of Portal Software, one of the first ISPs in the San Francisco bay area.

Nigel is passionate about innovation that solves across the payments and cash lifecycle needs of customers. He serves as Chief Product & Growth Officer for Bottomline Technologies, specialists in business payments transformation with 25 offices globally employing over 2,000 people.
He leads delivery of customer experiences and value propositions that digitally unify payments, payables, treasury & receivables to help customers see complete financial pictures of their businesses end-to-end. Nigel previously was Managing Director of Bottomlines Global Business Solutions.
Nigel has more than 25 years of experience in setting strategy and managing operations within the financial technology B2B solutions marketplace. Prior to joining Bottomline, Nigel led product strategy at Checkpoint Security Services

David is the driving force behind FISCAL’s commitment to delivering solutions that provide customers with real value and a great return on investment. He has 25 years’ experience in growing technology organisations and has spent the last 15 years working with hundreds of Accounts Payable and Shared Service Centres to help protect their corporate spend.
David’s vision and leadership have been crucial in focusing FISCAL as a leading brand in the Procure-to-Pay function. Under his helm, the business has grown 50-fold in revenues across North America and Europe.
Prior to joining FISCAL, David was Head of European Marketing for Bottomline Technologies, and Commercial Director for European Internet Technologies, a supplier of e-business solutions. David holds an MBA and Honours Degree in Business and Accounting.
Chief Revenue Officer
Paul is an engaging and innovative business leader with proven success in transforming enterprises, such as Bottomline Technologies, Manutan Group and Travelex, to deliver sustainable revenue growth and best practice client relationship management. He has experience accomplishing global strategies by empowering teams with a shared vision across numerous industries, including IT software, financial services and retail, throughout the UK, Europe and APAC.
He is an intuitive leader with acute business acumen and a proven track record of managing sales, partnership and business development activities. Having worked across Asia and Australia in senior leadership roles, Paul joined us as Chief Revenue Officer in 2022.
Stewart is working alongside our leadership team to ensure that our internal and external communications processes grow with the business, while remaining agile and focused on business growth and dynamic demand generation.
