What you’ll do:
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, driving new business acquisition in the Corporate, NHS, and Local Government sectors. Your role will involve:
- Engaging, developing, and winning new enterprise clients
- Conducting compelling client meetings to foster new business relationships
- Providing clients with consultative solutions tailored to their needs
- Delivering impactful demos, data insights, and persuasive sales proposals
- Identifying, qualifying, and generating sales leads through innovative methods
- Collaborating with our marketing and business development teams to secure more meetings
- Utilizing cutting-edge tools like Salesforce CRM and Sales Navigator to track contacts and uncover new opportunities
- Building and preserving strong client relationships in collaboration with our Customer Success team
- Sharing your expertise and insights at monthly sales meetings

We are looking for someone with…
A minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in B2B sales from any sector
Demonstrated expertise in winning new business with corporate clients
Exceptional communication skills and unwavering integrity
Passion, energy, and a smart approach to problem-solving
Hybrid working flexibility, with 2-3 days in the office to foster teamwork and collaboration.
