What you’ll do:

As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, driving new business acquisition in the Corporate, NHS, and Local Government sectors. Your role will involve:

  • Engaging, developing, and winning new enterprise clients
  • Conducting compelling client meetings to foster new business relationships
  • Providing clients with consultative solutions tailored to their needs
  • Delivering impactful demos, data insights, and persuasive sales proposals
  • Identifying, qualifying, and generating sales leads through innovative methods
  • Collaborating with our marketing and business development teams to secure more meetings
  • Utilizing cutting-edge tools like Salesforce CRM and Sales Navigator to track contacts and uncover new opportunities
  • Building and preserving strong client relationships in collaboration with our Customer Success team
  • Sharing your expertise and insights at monthly sales meetings
  • Enjoying a vibrant and collaborative work environment while making a real impact in the fintech industry

 

We are looking for someone with…

  • A minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in B2B sales from any sector

  • Demonstrated expertise in winning new business with corporate clients

  • Exceptional communication skills and unwavering integrity

  • Passion, energy, and a smart approach to problem-solving

  • Hybrid working flexibility, with 2-3 days in the office to foster teamwork and collaboration.
