Alan was previously at Sage whom he joined in 2014 initially as the Executive Vice President for Partners and Alliances, responsible for Sage’s indirect business worldwide and subsequently Managing Director: UK and Ireland – Northern Europe.
Alan has more than 30 years’ experience working in the technology industry in Digital Equipment Corporation, Oracle and Avaya. Alan also held the positions of CEO and CMS supplier Mediasurface, and GM of Portal Software, one of the first ISPs in the San Francisco bay area.
Nigel is passionate about innovation that solves across the payments and cash lifecycle needs of customers. He serves as Chief Product & Growth Officer for Bottomline Technologies, specialists in business payments transformation with 25 offices globally employing over 2,000 people.
He leads delivery of customer experiences and value propositions that digitally unify payments, payables, treasury & receivables to help customers see complete financial pictures of their businesses end-to-end. Nigel previously was Managing Director of Bottomline’s Global Business Solutions. Nigel has more than 25 years of experience in setting strategy and managing operations within the financial technology B2B solutions marketplace. Prior to joining Bottomline, Nigel led product strategy at Checkpoint Security Services
David is the driving force behind FISCAL’s commitment to delivering solutions that provide customers with real value and a great return on investment. He has 25 years’ experience in growing technology organisations and has spent the last 15 years working with hundreds of Accounts Payable and Shared Service Centres to help protect their corporate spend.
David’s vision and leadership have been crucial in focusing FISCAL as a leading brand in the Procure-to-Pay function. Under his helm, the business has grown 50-fold in revenues across North America and Europe.
Prior to joining FISCAL, David was Head of European Marketing for Bottomline Technologies, and Commercial Director for European Internet Technologies, a supplier of e-business solutions. David holds an MBA and Honours Degree in Business and Accounting.
Lesley’s role as FISCAL’s Chief Operations Officer underpins the operational integrity of the business. She has 12 years’ experience at Executive Board level, ensuring the effective execution of FISCAL’s strategic and operational objectives.
She provides hands-on direction to ensure the company’s operations directly support business growth and the increase in customer requirements. At the heart of her role is ensuring customer success by leading FISCAL’s first-class Customer and Professional Services teams. Alongside, and integral to overall business success, she spearheads the organisation’s award winning People and Culture by delivering strategic direction and support to HR.
Frances is a commercially-driven and proactive chartered accountant with 20 years post-qualified experience in the technology sector within the UK and US including three years in Silicon Valley. She has a strong track record of enabling top-line growth, closely managing working capital and realising stakeholder value.
Frances is skilled in collaborating with the leadership team to achieve the business strategy and is a highly effective communicator at all levels in the organisation.
David joined FISCAL in 2019 and brings a wealth of business growth and operational leadership experience having held senior management positions within management consulting, facility services and business process outsourcing sectors over the past 25 years.
David’s extensive experience is ideal for supporting our customers’ needs and for delivering value.
Dan is a successful Technology Leader with over 20 years’ experience in senior product and project management and technology roles. His expertise lies in delivering projects and product lines through the full lifecycle – from strategic market reviews, concepts, prototyping and into mass market adoption, and in the delivery of business-wide technology and transformational projects.
Dan is working alongside our leadership team to ensure tremendous progressive outcomes within the product function. He is a proven strategic and collaborative leader, confident in taking an Agile approach to deliver successful products and solutions for users.
David joined FISCAL in August 2020, having spent more than 20 years in customer facing leadership roles in the technology industry. As Chief Customer Officer, David is focused on driving an exceptional Customer Experience across our Customer family and ensuring that the Customer is at the heart of everything we do at Fiscal.
Operationally, David leads our Customer Success, Education and Consultancy, and Project Delivery teams, ensuring we ‘Deliver the Wow’ throughout the customer journey.
All his career has been spent learning and developing in Customer led functions across multiple disciplines and industries. David brings a commercially focused desire to deliver an outstanding customer experience. All of David’s leadership experience has come in growth environments during his time as Customer Services and Operations Director at Bottomline Technologies, and latterly as Group Operations Director – Telematics for Radius Payment Solutions.
Stewart joined FISCAL in April 2021 to lead the growth of the marketing function. With over 20 years’ experience in both startup and established high-growth technology companies, his goal is to drive operational excellence and measurable sales growth through best-in-class marketing and communications.
Stewart is working alongside our leadership team to ensure that our internal and external communications processes grow with the business, while remaining agile and focused on business growth and dynamic demand generation.
