FISCAL Technologies is proud to announce Building for the Future (BFTF) as its charity partner for 2026, marking the start of a commitment to supporting children and young people who have experienced trauma, loss or disruption.
Building for the Future provides activities and support services for children with disabilities or additional needs, and their families. It makes a difference every day to the lives of those children, and as one of FISCAL’s core values, that message resonates deeply with our team.
As Sian Davies, HR Manager and part of the charity team at FISCAL Technologies explains:

Kicking off the partnership with the 12 Days of Christmas Charity Countdown
FISCAL’s support for Building for the Future launches with its 12 Days of Christmas Charity Countdown, a festive programme designed to bring the team together while raising funds for the charity.
Across the countdown, colleagues are taking part in a range of Christmas-themed activities, including Christmas Jumper Day, Spin-the-Wheel, a chocolate scavenger hunt, festive bake off, a ‘wrap battle’, Christmassy PJ Day, quizzes, games and seasonal jokes.
Giving in practical, personal ways
Alongside fundraising, the FISCAL team has also come together to donate Christmas gifts for children supported by Building for the Future. These gifts have been wrapped in-house by colleagues and were delivered in person during a visit to the charity’s venue on the 12th December.
A year-long commitment to giving back
FISCAL’s partnership with Building for the Future will continue throughout the year, with further fundraising, volunteering and awareness initiatives planned. Every member of the FISCAL team will also have access to a dedicated charity day, allowing them to give their time directly to support the charity’s work.
For FISCAL, our support goes beyond seasonal fundraising. It cements social responsibility as company culture and empowers employees to make a meaningful contribution however they can.
