P2P analytics made simple

Our custom reports are simple to create, share and act on. So you can spend time on what matters.

Make complicated reporting straightforward.

Reporting can be complicated, time-consuming, and even frustrating at times. Suppliers and transactions are more complex than ever, and it’s not unusual to have that data stored in multiple ERPs. It’s also more restricted due to regulations, and IT requests for data take time. A typical solution is to use a spreadsheet, which takes a lot of effort to get the reports you need.

We’ve designed an innovative solution that makes reports quick and simple to create, share and act on. You can spend your time where it matters – using metrics to drive P2P and AP transformation.

Payments Practice Reporting and Payments Compliance Notices

Based on published PPR data from 2025, the UK average for large companies sits at around 34 days to pay. Over 40% of invoices take longer than 30 days. Nearly a quarter are paid outside agreed terms. And one in eight takes longer than 60 days.

Your Payment Practice Report is a public record of how your finance function performs.

Every large company in the UK is required to publish Payment Practice Reports twice a year, and from 2026, a third annual submission for the Director’s report. These figures are publicly available. Suppliers can see them. Competitors can see them. And for businesses signed up to the Prompt Payment Code, poor performance can trigger removal.

If you only see your PPR data at reporting time, it’s too late to fix what you find.

The reporting cycle creates a blind spot between submissions. It’s in that gap where payment performance deteriorates unnoticed. If your late payment rate has crept up or your average days to pay has drifted, those figures can’t be revised at the point of filing.

According to APQC’s 2026 research, 68% of finance leaders cite improved accuracy as a primary benefit of digitising finance operations. PPR is no different. Applying the same principles improves your reporting accuracy, and saves hours or even days of manual effort involved in every submission.

Continuous monitoring enables you to spot trends early, adjust priorities or resources, and improve your position before the deadline arrives.

Measure through the year, not twice a year.

FISCAL’s reporting tools calculate your PPR metrics automatically and continuously, so you’re working with live data rather than retrospective snapshots. Dashboards, filters and trend analysis let you monitor payment performance throughout the year. You can see where late payments are increasing, investigate whether the cause is a process failure, a dispute or a supplier issue, and course correct with enough lead time to affect the published outcome.

Your published report becomes something you’ve managed, not something you’ve discovered.

Monitor, manage and improve your Payments Performance with FISCAL.
