COVID-19 (Coronavirus) is creating uncertainty and business interruption for us all and I want to reassure you of the measures we have taken as part of our duty of care to all customers and staff, ensuring service continuity for all parties.
For our customers
At FISCAL Technologies it is business as usual as we continue to protect your organisational spend.
Our safe, secure and cloud based solution, NXG Forensics, can be accessed from inside or outside of your office, and we assure you that our customer facing software service is engineered to allow our dedicated team to continue providing the high level of support you have come to expect.
We realise that many AP and P2P teams will be overstretched, running with fewer employees, and are therefore at a higher risk of fraudulent activity, as well as erroneous errors. We are paying close attention to the latest fraudulent trends in AP and aim to keep you up to date with the latest threats. Over the coming weeks we will continue to communicate via relevant e-shots, newsletters, online workshops and webinars.
In the meantime, we have prepared a Business Continuity Plan which is fit for all eventualities, including the COVID-19 crisis. All existing FISCAL Technologies’ customers should now be in receipt of this plan.
If you have any questions or need additional support, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager directly.
For our employees
For the safety of all FISCAL Technologies employees, their families and our customers, all meetings are being run remotely. All short-term events have been cancelled until further notice.
As a reminder, our Help Desk remains open from Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm.
