The Inaugural Wales Public Sector NXG Forum 

Originally planned as a Wales Public Sector customer forum, we’ve expanded this important event to include all our UK-based contacts due to the critical nature of the topics being covered.

We are bringing together professionals from across all sectors for an engaging and informative event focused on fraud prevention, compliance, procurement, and the latest in AI innovation, whilst also spending some time on NXG newest updates and how we can help ensure Best In Class AP.

• With the new legal requirements under the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act (ECCTA) 2023, organisations must be “Failure to Prevent” ready by 1 September 2025. This event will help you understand what compliance looks like in practice and how to implement effective measures to avoid liability under the new offence.

• We will also explore emerging trends in AI adoption, highlighting both challenges and success stories from real-world implementations.

Keynote Speaker: We are excited to welcome Robert Brooker, Director at Opus and Accredited Counter Fraud Specialist (ACFS). With nearly 25 years of experience in fraud investigation and compliance, Robert has held senior positions at PKF, Transport for London (TfL), and RSM Bentley Jennison, leading anti-fraud initiatives across sectors.
