By working with Hive HR to conduct employee surveys, we analyse, review, and extract actionable insights and then implement meaningful changes that our employees want to see. Following survey feedback, we now offer greater career progression opportunities and have enhanced our benefits package. We also keep a finger on the pulse of our people, regularly asking what matters most to them and ensuring that employees are recognised for their hard work.
