Automation can be utilised for optimum effectiveness, and in turn staff retention. But how exactly?
Automation makes a vast impact in everyday life, allowing users to save huge amounts of time, and in the P2P process it’s no different. Automation of labour-intensive, often tedious tasks such as statement reconciliation can free up an AP clerk’s time to focus on valuable duties such as chasing credits, and to focus on their own development, too.
So, how can we leverage automation to help us create an efficient, productive work environment that allows us to identify and nurture talent? How can we use this newfound time effectively to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth? Garry Stevens, Trainer and Coach for the Institute of Financial Operations and Leadership (IFOL), uses his experience to answer these questions and more.
